Shiela Mouton
ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
Shiela is our kingpin when it comes to administration. She has been at Let’s Talk from the start and keeps the wheels rolling on the Let’s Talk bus.
Shiela is involved in everything at the practice and is skilled in front-office functions, including customer service, patient appointments, billing and collections and records management. She ensures that clients' information is protected by maintaining the confidentiality of personal and financial data and applies due diligence to guarantee ethical billing procedures.
Shiela hails from Rehoboth and is a dedicated mother and wife. She enjoys time with her family and outings to the farm when not at work.

Zoomerie Diergaardt
QUALITY CONTROL
Zoomerie is the heart of our Windhoek office, she has a smile that will melt your heart and is always ready for the new day. She joined the Let’s Talk team years ago and manages the daily operations of the practice.
Zoomerie is responsible for assisting Dr du Toit in all her duties and also acts as a personal assistant to several of the clinicians. The daily operations of the office rest in her capable hands and she can be relied upon to maintain everything from stock, equipment, general staff welfare.
Zoomerie is a proud resident of Rehoboth where she is known for her baking and catering skills. She likes spending time in the kitchen with her children and partner and even makes time to be the soul of social events with her family.

Helena Gamgoases
RECEPTION
Helena originally joined the team in Okahandja and serves an integral role as the gatekeeper at Let’s Talk. She is the friendly face that meets clients on their first visit and every time after that.
Helena is responsible for reception, scheduling appointments, acquainting new clients with the intake procedures and answering calls/emails. She is here to answer any questions that clients may have about our clinicians and our services and strives to make our clients’ experience as stress-free and positive as possible.
Helena resides in Okahandja with her children where she uses every opportunity to hone her business skills. She is a dedicated family person and often keeps the younger staff members in line.

Adelheid Gaweses
RECEPTION & ASSISTANT
A face that you will not forget and a personality that will brighten your day. Adelheid originally joined us in Okahandja and has since relocated to Windhoek.
Adelheid is our cash office and handles the front desk finances. She is also responsible for managing the diaries of some of our clinicians and assists in general office admin. Her infectious laughter can often be heard around the offices where she can be relied upon to lend a helping hand.
Adelheid likes travelling and spending time with her family when she is not at work. She continues to expand her skills and we believe a driver’s license is in the pipeline.

Desiree Kahuure
ADMINISTRATION & DATA PROCESSING
Desiree joined the LT team in 2019. Her quiet dedication should never be underestimated as she has become a force to be reckoned with in the office.
Desiree heads up our data capturing processes and is known for her meticulous attention to detail. She works in close collaboration with the clinicians and is responsible for all confidential correspondence to other service providers, archiving, filing and training clinicians in the admin process. Desiree also ensures that files are checked for administrative compliance before being submitted for clinical review.
Desiree resides in Windhoek where she spends well-deserved downtime with her children and family.

William Voetzee
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
William is the helping hand in the admin department and brings a surge of positive energy and a great sense of humour wherever he goes.
He also acts as an assistant to Hazel De Klerk and Mariette Fillipus in scheduling appointments, helps out in reception, fixes things that are broken and makes the best coffee and tea in the office. William is a genuine all-rounder and a vital role player in the daily operations of the practice.
William hails from Rehoboth where he enjoys a vibrant social life and enjoys spending time with his family.

René Diergaardt
FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
René became a Let’s Talk team member at the start of 2024. She brings a wealth of experience, grace, warmth and financial skills.
After residing at the coast for 12 years, she has returned to central Namibia. René is responsible for managing bad debt collection, medical aid administration, compliance and assisting with administrative duties. She ensures that all client information is treated with confidentiality and that billings are done ethically and on time.
René has her home in Rehoboth, she values her family and enjoys spending time with her children.

Bongi Metse
PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Lavenia Metse, better known as Bongi around the Let’s Talk office, joined our team in 2023. She is determined, hard-working, friendly and caring. She is always willing to go the extra mile and learn something new.
Bongi keeps the Let’s Talk office sparkling and in order. She recently expanded her duties and is now an administrator/personal assistant in training.
Bongi loves reading, listening to music and experiencing everything new that life has to offer. She works hard for her son and brings amazing energy to the Let’s Talk team with her beautiful smile and infectious spirit.
